Campbell Goodwill Gets a Facelift

The Campbell Goodwill will reopen March 23.

The Goodwill store on S. San Tomas Aquino Road closed its doors Feb. 19, but not permanently.

The second hand store, which opened in Campbell June 30, 1968 is closed for renovations, said Erik Eastman, director of retail at Goodwill Industries of Silicon Valley.

"We are remodeling this store to update the look and feel of the store to provide a better shopping experience for our customers and allow us to carry more merchandise," Eastman said in an email.

The Campbell location is not the only store that has been remodeled. Eastman said that Goodwill stores in San Jose's Willow Glen neighborhood as well as Cupertino have already undergone remodels.

"Customers can see our currently remodeled stores to get a better idea," Eastman said. "They can expect a cleaner store that is easier to shop with more product available."
