The assistant store manager at the Barnes & Noble at The Pruneyard confirmed Monday that their location will close its doors Dec. 31.
The Stevens Creek and Alameden locations will remain open to customers, the assistant manager said.
Barnes & Noble is among the top 40 sales tax providers in the city of Campbell, according to the 2011-12 Campbell Operating/Capital budget document.
