A Valentine's Day Tea Party at Stripes

Downtown Campbell children's boutique offers a child-friendly alternative for today.

A sweet treat for the younger population in Campbell is being offered today by Stripes Boutique.

"We’ve always wanted to do a tea party at the store and this seemed like the perfect reason to do it," says Elise Alden, co-owner of the children's boutique in downtown Campbell. "Valentine’s Day is not always family-friendly. We thought it would be fun for our own kids and customers’ kids to do together."

The boutique located inside The Courtyard in downtown Campbell will have its free Valentine's Day Tea Party from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and will have a photo booth, cupcakes, temporary tattoos, treats and kids tables all set up on the lawn just outside.

The “tea” will be strawberry milk or lemonade, Alden says.
