An Earthquake Shook Up the Lunch Hour in the South Bay

The United States Geological Survey is reporting a preliminary 3.4 earthquake, which hit the East Hills in San Jose at approximately 12:02 p.m.

The temblor was located along the Calaveras Fault, about 9 miles from San Jose, according to the USGS website.

Campbell residents reported on the Campbell Patch Facebook page that they felt the quick jolt too.
