Community Update

I've been a customer here for 25 years. They've done just about any service I can think of on 4 of my cars, all different makes. When I had a Volvo which they don't work on, they sent me to another trusted location. Family owned, Bill's maintains a traditional sense of personal customer service.

I have gone to different places for minor services such as oil changes, tires etc. but when other business start suggesting additional work or give conflicting assessments, it's off to Bill's. Very thorough, Bill takes the time to explain exactly what he's going to do without giving any feeling of haste or condescension, especially valuable to me as a woman. One of the things that I value most is that he also gives me options as to timing and budget. Instead of hitting me all at once, I will always know what is most critical to be done right away and what I can put off, instead of trying to hold the car hostage to have everything done at once, which has happened to friends and family at other places.

This is the only place I've ever recommended to friends.
