Get Out in Campbell this weekend!

There is a lot to do in Campbell and nearby this weekend, but definitely the celebration begins at home, right here in our city! Check it out!

Celebrate Campbell with the Chamber of Commerce and also with a walk downtown for the third Friday art walk. There's St. Patrick's Day celebrations, a sunset concert next door in Los Gatos and a Shakespeare festival not too far away—just some of the reasons why you should Get Out! in Campbell  this week!

When/Where: Saturday, 6-9 p.m.; Villa Ragusa, 35 S. Second St.

Why Go: Join the chamber in its celebration of Campbell, with special honors for Hawgs Seafood Bar and Jimmy Zien as Business and Citizen of the Year 2010. Advance registration required; e-mail Behany@ campbellchamber.net to reserve a seat.

When/Where: 6-9:30 p.m. Friday; downtown Campbell

Why Go: Stroll through the downtown streets of Campbell and visit the art galleries. It's the neighborly thing to do. 

Pricing: Free

When/Where: 11:30 a.m. Thursday to 1:30 a.m. Friday, 208 Bachman Ave., Los Gatos

Why Go: If you can still get in, it will be the street party to end all street parties, the St. Patrick's Day celebration at the head of the list. The party will take place outside and Bachman Avenue will be closed. What's happening will be six music bands, bag pipers, Irish dancers and a feast of Irish treats. Oh, and beer and shots, of course.

Pricing:  $50

When/Where: Friday, 8 p.m., , 20 University Ave., Los Gatos

Why Go: The concert is part of St. Luke's 2011 Sunset Concert Series. The program includes "Quintetssentials: String Quintet Gems Played by Boston’s Finest," featuring the Lydian String Quartet and cellist, Rhonda Rider.

Pricing $25; less for children and seniors

When/Where: Noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, The Mountain Winery, 14831 Pierce Rd., Saratoga.

Why Go: Celebrate spring the Shakespearean way with entertainment of the times and food and drink of a similar vein. To be or not to be—to go or not to go. What do you think?

Pricing: $25 online, $30 at the door.
