Get Out: A Buddhist Talk, Music, a Roller Derby and Wine

Go to a talk about mindfulness; attend a benefit at the roller derby, hear two different kinds of music from the past and go to the vinter's festival; our suggestions to Get Out in and around Campbell this weekend.

Where/When: , 1550 la Pradera Drive, Saturday, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Why Go: This is one of a series of four lectures about mindfulness. It is perfectly OK to attend just one talk.  The talk this Saturday is about mindfulness of your body and looking at it as a divine body.
