Green Planet Yarn: Crocheted Toe-up Socks

Green Planet Yarn in Downtown Campbell is pleased to presentCrocheted Toe-up Socks. This class, held on three successive Saturdays (May 1st, May 8th, and May 15th), is for beginning crochet students. This class is for individuals who want to learn how to make a crocheted sock. The clever less-dense crochet stitch results in a comfortable finished product. In this three-session class you learn how to make socks for yourself because you’ll try them on as you go. Skills learned will include short row, extended single crochet, working in the round, turning the heel, and crocheted ribbing if desired.

REQUIREMENT: Students need to bring to class a sock weight yarn in a solid light color and a variety of hook sizes to obtain gauge.

The staff at Green Planet Yarn will be happy to help you pick out your supplies. Instructor will distribute pattern at the beginning of the first session.
