Rock Bottom Holds Fundraiser for Rescue 25 Today

Rescue 25 will be at the brewery in the Pruneyard Shopping Center at 6:30 p.m.

It's been three years since the Campbell City Council approved the project to restore this humble vehicle that carried with it a piece of local history.

On Nov. 30, 2012, Rescue 25, the first paramedic unit in Northern California was unveiled in conjunction with the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and the Campbell Community Center's 25th anniversary celebration.

Although the restoration of the 1974 Chevy truck has been completed, the Friends of Rescue 25 still have some equipment to pay for. Enter Rock Bottom Brewery once more.

The local brewery located at The Pruneyard Shopping Center is holding a fundraiser today, Feb. 28 at 6:30 p.m. with a special tapping of its "Fire Chief Ale" to benefit Rescue 25 and the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation Champ Camp.
