The rain is coming down but hasn't changed the minds of the Carol of Lights organizers.
"No matter the weather, we'll be together," said Cary Stover, co-organizer of the event.
Stover, along with Campbell Express Owner/Editor Sally Howe are putting on the event, with the help of various volunteers and donors. Howe has been involved in the Carol of Lights for the last six years.

Like years past, this free community event will feature a snow zone with real snow, a visit from the man himself Santa Claus, bounce houses, pony rides, a petting zoo, musical entertainment and dance performances, and a train.
The event, which has an approximate budget of $14,000 is still in need of donations. Visit the event's website and donate here.
The festivities take place in downtown Campbell from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and is free to attend.
