Rain or Shine, Campbell's Carol of Lights Comes to Downtown

The annual community event takes place Saturday, Dec. 1 from 4-8:00 p.m.

The rain is coming down but hasn't changed the minds of the Carol of Lights organizers.

"No matter the weather, we'll be together," said Cary Stover, co-organizer of the event.
