Bela knows every doggie treat stop within downtown Campbell.
The pretty tan-colored pup started wagging her tail the minute I walked up.
Bela, a rescue from the San Jose Animal Shelter is celebrating her 7th birthday today.
"We walked in there and there she was," says Linda Neufeld, her owner. "Everybody in Campbell knows Bela. And she knows all the cookie stops."
