Have you seen this before? Can you say exactly where it is?

Each week on Campbell Patch, we will feature a picture taken somewhere in the community, along with a written clue.

If no one comes close to guessing after a day goes by, we'll post another clue. The first reader who guesses the location correctly will win bragging rights and a special prize.

This colorful tile artwork faces one of the busiest arteries in Campbell. Many come here for a variety of reasons, but some just like to sit outside and enjoy the view. Where am I?
