Where/When: The Mountain Winery, 4831 Pierce Rd., Saratoga, Friday, 7:30 pm.

Why Go: You aren't really sure what you'll get from Isaak off stage; the veteran performer once sprung a kiss on actress Cameron Diaz during the MTV Awards, but when he hops on stage, his passion for music and its history pours through during every performance.

Pricing: Tickets range from $49.50-$99.50

Where/When: San Jose Tech Museum, 201 South Market St., San Jose, 10 a.m. to close daily

Why Go: What's cooler than playing with robots, anyways? Take the kids and have them explore Mars with a robot rover or design their very own robot in the new exhibit in the Lower Level.

Pricing: Tickets start at $10

Where/When: Oak Meadow Park, 333 Blossom Hill Rd., Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 8 p.m.

Why Go: Classic works of theater at their finest will be on display this week at Oak Meadow Park: Macbeth is Friday night; Twelfth Night is Saturday night, and Charley’s Aunt is Sunday night. All provide plenty of drama, lust and action for those in attendance.

Pricing: $20 for adults and $15 for seniors and kids.

Where/When: Flint Center for the Performing Arts, Saturday, 5 p.m.

Why Go: Ho'okahi Ka Pilina means "Unite as One," and with more than 200 performers on stage, patrons will get an eyeful of unity, dance and music during the annual show in the South Bay. The Polynesian Extravaganza features dances from Hawai'i and the Fresh Polynesian Island of Tahiti.

Pricing: $53-$78 per ticket
