I Won't Let You Win Until I'm Dead is the first single off of Pounders' sophomore album, and singer Chris Pounders put together this video in honor of the San Francisco Giants' recent success.
"Chris is a big SJ Sharks fan and wrote it as an anthem for them and Alonso is a SF Giants fan," says Campbell resident and Pounders drummer Justin Imamura. "We wrote it for our Bay Area teams: the Sharks, Giants, A's and Niners."
Pounders, a Campbell-San Jose part-punk, part-pop, all rock band put together this music video with pieces of footage of the SF Giants' most recent highlights to their music.
"The song is about fighting to the death," Imamura says.
The new album, which features this song is being released on Halloween and the Pounders' CD release will take place on Black Friday, Nov. 23 at Musik Ink Studios, 1177 W. San Carlos St. in San Jose.
