Campbell Homes Get Decked Out

Driving through Campbell last night, there were quite a few surprises.

Homes were decked out with holiday lights ranging in color, detail and number.

Some were simply strung for a classic holiday look, especially near Hacienda Avenue.

Others created a spectacle that warranted parking like those found along Harriet Avenue.

The Rosare family at 750 Harriet Ave. have been adding a little more to their display each year for the last 10 years.

Now, the glowing display of lights and creatures spreads from the couple's front lawn, around the corner and up their roof top--all synchronized to holiday music and "snow."

"I like Christmas," says the lady of the house. "It's not about religion, it's about letting people enjoy this."
