Pet of the Week

This week’s pet looking for a forever home is Tracks, a 1 1/2 year-old cocker spaniel mix. He’s an energetic fellow who loves to play, play, play. He would do best with an active family who could spend a little time giving consistent training and a good exercise regime.

For more information about Tracks or other animals available for adoption, visit the Humane Society Silicon Valley website.

And this Saturday, Oct. 1 ...

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. the Humane Society Silicon Valley is holding “Barktoberfest,” a dog adoption event that features a wide variety of breeds and sizes and the opportunity for prospective pet parents to find the right dog that matches their personality and lifestyle.
